Kelly in Partnership with Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Specialist 3 - AdministrationDescription:The specialist will support the US commercial business for Joint Reconstruction & VELYS Enabling Technology. The position is open to Warsaw, IN, Denver CO or Palm Beach Gardens FL.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Contract Management: Collect contract closure and renewal information; update and maintain the “Closed & Install” tracker and the 2026 VELYS Leadership tracker.Deal & Deployment Tracking: Track closed deals, installation dates, and instrument deployments for accurate business analytics.Fleet Management: Maintain and regularly update fleet lists for VRAS, VHN, and UKA systems, ensuring all ISO information is up to date.Sales Communication: Create and distribute monthly sales leaderboard communications (Winner’s Circle Communications).Reporting: Aggregate and prepare monthly leadership insights and overviews for the VELYS US business (State of VELYS Monthly Report Out).Traceability Management: Maintain UCN traceability crosswalk for capital fleets (VRAS & VELYS Hub).Data Entry: Transpose pipeline deals into the instrument/capital deployment tracker in collaboration with the supply chain value stream team.Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the ET Team (VELYS) Events Calendar for key activities and meetings.Event & Training Coordination: Schedule ET trainings and coordinate agenda/speakers with team leads, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.Process Improvement: Proactively develop and suggest process automations or dashboard solutions to reduce manual tracking and increase efficiency.Required Skills and Experience:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and coordinating across teams.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with improving workflows and adopting new tools for greater efficiency.Preferred Skills and Experience:Broad administrative background.Experience in a commercial or medical device environment is a plus.Experience using report generation, CRM, or data tracking tools.
