As a faith-based company, we are committed to teamwork, strong character, and excellence in everything we do.What You'll Do as a Hardscaping Crew Member:Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living features using pavers, stone, and concretePrepare job sites by excavating, grading, leveling, and building proper base foundationsRead and follow project layouts, measurements, and design plans to ensure accurate installationOperate tools and equipment such as plate compactors, saws, and measuring instrumentsCut, place, and secure materials to ensure long-lasting, high-quality finished productsAssist with drainage solutions to ensure proper water runoff and prevent shifting or erosionTravel to job sites within a 2-hour radius, typically working on one project at a time from start to finishMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each phase of constructionWork closely with crew members and follow directions from the foreman to complete projects efficientlyOur Ideal Hardscaping Crew Member:Experienced in Construction or Masonry: Has hands-on experience working with materials, tools, and equipment used in hardscaping or similar tradesCDL-Ready: Willingness to obtain a CDL B license to support driving and equipment needsPride in Craftsmanship: Takes ownership of their work and is committed to producing high-quality, lasting resultsMechanically Inclined: Comfortable using tools and learning equipment related to outdoor constructionReliable & Accountable: Shows up consistently, follows through, and can be counted on by the teamValues-Driven Team Player: Aligns with a faith-based culture centered on teamwork, strong character, and excellencePhysically Capable: Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and work outdoors in varying conditionsWhat We Offer Our Hardscaping Crew Member:$23-$30/hour based on experience$1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 daysFull-time, year-round work with winter snow removal45-52 hours per week with consistent schedulingHealth care optionsPaid Time Off and paid holidays3% retirement matchPerformance bonuses or profit sharingCell phone reimbursementCompany-paid training, certifications, and ongoing developmentNew equipment and tools to support your workCompany outings and team events throughout the yearOpportunities to grow into leadership rolesFaith-based, family-owned company that values people, leadership, and giving backTo ApplyApply today if you're an experienced hardscaping crew member, hardscape installer, or landscape construction professional ready to grow your skills and build high-quality outdoor living spaces.
