Key Responsibilities Greet and engage guests with warmth, providing knowledgeable and attentive service Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance Share the story behind our curated products and partnerships Maintain familiarity with café, beverage, and retail offerings, including ingredients and dietary considerations Demonstrate general wine knowledge and uphold service standards Accurately take orders and operate the TOAST POS system Prepare, deliver, and pack orders with accuracy and care Complete opening and closing duties Maintain clean and organized guest-facing spaces Follow operational standards and communicate restocking needs Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations Requirements 1+ year of retail, cashier, or hospitality experience Food Handler’s Certificate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs More detail about Under-Study part of PRESS // Understudy
