This position provides opportunities to strengthen client communication skills and continue progressing toward full project management responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and contribute to civil engineering design effortsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staffSupport project coordination and early project management tasksPrepare technical documents and design deliverablesCommunicate with clients and internal project teamsThis opportunity is open to candidates residing in the following areas: St Cloud, MNRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldStrong CAD-based design experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience supporting projects from development through constructionPreferred Qualifications4–8 years of relevant civil engineering experienceExposure to project management or task leadershipExperience mentoring junior engineers or internsClient-facing experienceWho We AreBetter Places.
