This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending clinical expertise with technology to deliver a modern, customer-centered hearing care experience.You will support patients remotely through hearing aid programming, education, and troubleshooting, while collaborating cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.What makes this role unique:This is an opportunity to practice audiology in a fully remote setting while working at the forefront of the rapidly evolving OTC hearing aid space. You’ll play a direct role in expanding access to hearing care, while helping shape how technology and clinical support come together to improve patient outcomes at scale.Key Responsibilities:Provide remote patient support via phone, email, and SMSPerform asynchronous hearing aid programming and adjustmentsEducate patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenanceTroubleshoot device performance and connectivity issuesAssist patients with Bluetooth pairing and use of the ELEHEAR mobile appMaintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactionsCollaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to improve user experience and product performanceDeliver a high-quality, patient-centered experience across a wide range of technical comfort levels and age groupsRequirements:Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalentActive Audiologist license in Texas (required)Minimum 1 year of hearing aid fitting experiencePreferred: Experience with remote/tele-audiology servicesPreferred: Familiarity with platforms such as Aircall, Zendesk, WhatsApp, Calendly, or Google DrivePreferred: Comfortable participating in occasional media opportunities or contributing to educational/marketing content (e.g., as a clinical spokesperson)Benefits:Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday (standard business hours)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement planPaid time off and holidaysFully remote work environmentOpportunity to work at the forefront of OTC hearing care innovation
