Through every event, we are committed to celebrating culture, supporting exceptional musicians, and reimagining live entertainment for modern audiences.Role DescriptionThis is a 4 months part-time online role for an A&R / Talent Scout Intern. The intern will be responsible for identifying and scouting top musical Latino talent in Latin music genres at Berklee, assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, conducting interviews, and building strong connections with partner institutions. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for organizing artist information within our Airtable database and assisting in the creation of visual artist profiles using Canva. This role also includes supporting the development and management of artist rosters, maintaining consistent communication with selected musicians, and helping coordinate talent logistics for upcoming events and productions.QualificationsStrong skills in Talent Scouting and identifying high-potential talentExperience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing candidatesExcellent Communication skills in Spanish and English, including the ability to build relationships with diverse artistsSkills with platforms such as Airtable, Excel, Word, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media tools are necessaryPassion for the music and entertainment industry, with knowledge of Latin music and cultureStrong responsiveness and communication skills, with the ability to reply quickly and consistently to internal messages using WhatsApp.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environmentPursuit of or completion of a degree in Music, Arts Management, Human Resources, or a related fieldPrevious experience with artist relations, event coordination, or related areas is a plusCompensationThis internship has a duration of 4 months and is designed to provide hands-on experience in talent scouting, artist relations, and live event production within the Latin music industry.
