Senior Technical Lead

Job Title: Senior Technical Lead- Windchill PLMLocation: Fremont, CAPlease note that this role is open to U.S. Citizens (USC) and Green Card (GC) holders only. We welcome both C2C and direct W2 engagements.We're looking for a Senior Technical Lead – Windchill PLM who can lead complex initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and partner closely with business and IT stakeholders in a global delivery environment.What you'll do:Serve as the technical authority for Windchill PLM across large, complex programsMentor developers, drive technical reviews, and promote Windchill best practicesLead code reviews, QA standards, and delivery governance to ensure high‐quality outcomesAct as a technical advisor for feasibility studies, architecture reviews, and solution designSupport project estimation, risk management, and delivery planningCollaborate with stakeholders in a client-facing role and coordinate with onshore–offshore (India) teamsSupport SAP ECC transition programs, vendor takeovers, and service delivery KPIsExposure to SAP S/4HANA transitions is a strong plusWhat we're looking for:Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM (architecture, customizations, integrations)Solid experience with Change Management in PLM environmentsHands-on knowledge of Design Verification & Validation (V&V)Experience with SAP integrations, ECC transitions, and operational reportingProven ability to manage technical risks and deliver at scaleCertificationsWindchill or PLM-related certifications are optional but highly valued.Certification in Change Management methodologies is recommended.
