Human Resources Lead
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Lead, based in San Jose, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Lead will oversee HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include leading personnel management activities, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Collaboration with leadership to develop and execute strategies that support organizational goals will also be a key part of this role. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementProficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and overseeing Employee Benefits programsStrong expertise in Personnel Management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relationsSolid understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plusPrevious experience in leading HR initiatives in a similar organizational setting is highly desirable
