Productivity, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support high-precision CNC machine tools and automation systems at customer facilities throughout the region.Since 1968, Productivity has been a trusted leader in machine tool sales, service, and automation integration.What You’ll DoTravel to customer sites throughout Iowa to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC metalworking machinesPerform machine installations and setupPerform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other itemsTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systemsCalibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performanceMaintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teamsWhat You Bring3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, experience helpful)Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etcAbility to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematicsExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsWillingness to travel/drive locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per monthAcceptable driving recordCompensation and Benefits$30 - $39/hour DOE, plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviewsFull-time, Monday – Friday, with occasional overtimeMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1401(k) with company matchGenerous Paid Time Off: Vacation, Holidays, and Personal DaysExtensive training provided to support your growthCompany vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and credit card for work-related travel and expensesToolbox and appropriate test equipment providedWhy Join Productivity Inc?Since 1968, Productivity Inc. has been a leader in machine tool sales and service.
