Job Title:Omnissa EngineerLocation:Charlotte, NC or Malvern, PA (Hybrid)Primary Skills:Omnissa, Android, iOS, VMwareJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Omnissa Engineer with strong expertise in managing mobile devices using VMware Workspace ONE UEM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining mobile device management (MDM) solutions for iOS and Android devices in a hybrid work environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support mobile devices (iOS and Android) using VMware Workspace ONE UEMConfigure device profiles, compliance policies, and security settingsTroubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, and access issuesEnsure mobile device security, data protection, and compliance with company policiesSupport Omnissa solutions for enterprise mobility managementWork closely with IT, Security, and End-User Support teamsMonitor system performance and resolve technical issuesProvide documentation and user support for mobile device management processes Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience with VMware Workspace ONE UEMHands-on experience managing iOS and Android devicesKnowledge of Omnissa mobility solutionsUnderstanding of mobile security policies and compliance standardsExperience in troubleshooting MDM-related issuesGood communication and documentation skillsAbility to work in a Hybrid environment
