This role will drive the implementation and optimization of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), enterprise integrations, and emerging AI/automation initiatives that support scalable logistics operations.You’ll work closely with executive leadership, logistics operations teams, software vendors, and offshore development teams to deliver complex projects that connect ERP/WMS systems, carrier networks, and customer platforms.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end lifecycle of logistics technology projects including scoping, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportManage TMS implementations, upgrades, and optimizations (CargoWise, WorldTrack, or similar), ensuring alignment with global logistics workflows and operational goalsDrive enterprise system integrations connecting ERP, WMS, customer portals, and carrier networks using APIs, EDI, and integration middlewarePartner with engineering teams and vendors to design and deliver scalable data flows and integration architecture across logistics platformsSupport AI and automation initiatives including predictive ETA modeling, route optimization, freight auditing automation, and back-office process improvementsCollaborate closely with an AI Architect and external vendors to deliver automation and machine learning initiatives within logistics operationsTranslate business requirements from logistics and operations teams into clear technical specifications and project plansManage cross-functional stakeholders including executives, operations leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendorsIdentify and mitigate project risks such as integration bottlenecks, data integrity issues, and operational disruptionsDrive change management and system adoption across global logistics teams through training, documentation, and rollout planningExperience5+ years of IT Project Management experience3+ years in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or 3PL environmentsExperience with TMS platforms and enterprise integrations (API/EDI)Familiarity with ERP/WMS-connected environmentsStrong stakeholder management across technical and business teamsNice to HaveExperience with CargoWise, WorldTrack, project44, or FourKitesExperience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar integration platformsExposure to AI/ML or automation initiatives in logisticsPMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certificationMMD Services Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
