This role supports the discovery, development, launch, and optimization of in-store and omnichannel retail media products while translating partner capabilities into scalable, advertiser-ready solutions. This individual will own and grow relationships with brand and agency partners advertising across our retail media network. In this role, you'll act as a strategic advisorhelping clients drive performance, maximize ROI, and unlock long-term value from our media solutions. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, analytics, IT, merchandising, accounting and products, ensuring campaigns deliver results and clients feel supported every step of the way. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that bridges partnerships, product strategy, and execution to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and measurable in-store outcomes for advertisers.Responsibilities:Partnerships ManagementManage day-to-day relationships with strategic partners, including in-store media, data, identity, and measurement providersSupport partner onboarding, integration coordination, and operational readinessAssist with contract management, renewals, performance tracking, and SLA oversightConduct regular partner performance reviews and identify optimization opportunitiesServe as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned retail media clientsOwn client onboarding, campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing performance managementPartner with Sales to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term account growthProduct Management & Product DevelopmentOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned RMN productsDefine product vision, objectives, and success metricsDevelop and maintain product roadmapsGather and document business and technical requirementsCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutionsTranslate partner capabilities into sellable productsSupport product documentation, pricing, packaging, and launchesCollect and synthesize internal, partner, and advertiser feedbackGo-To-Market & Sales SupportSupport product launches and go-to-market planningAssist pre-sale strategy and solution positioningDevelop sales enablement materialsServe as a subject matter expert for RMN productsMeasurement, Performance & OptimizationDefine and monitor KPIsSupport closed-loop measurement and reportingAnalyze performance data to drive optimizationCross-Functional Collaboration & ComplianceWork closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, and Operations teamsEnsure solutions scale across the store footprintSupport data privacy, consent, and governance requirementsMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationWorking Relationships:Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Operations, External partnersRequirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Experience:57 years of experience in merchandising, partnerships, retail media, or ad techExperience with brick-and-mortar retail or in-store mediaStrong understanding of retail and POS dataStrong analytical and communication skillsPreferred Experience:Experience in convenience, grocery, or fuel retailFamiliarity with location data or identity solutionsExperience launching or scaling media or technology productsLicenses/Certifications: N/ASoft Skills/Competencies:Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong Presentation SkillsAbility to foster team work and build collaborative relationshipsStrong interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteOther Requirements:Travel: ModerateHours & Conditions: Typically, Monday Friday, 8+ hour daysPhysical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time.
