About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Senior Manager to lead analytics and insight teams that support line-of-business partners in understanding performance, identifying opportunities, and driving growth. The role is responsible for delivering high-impact reporting, trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling that informs strategy and business decisions.This leader will work closely with senior stakeholders to convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations, while ensuring appropriate governance over associated risk programs, processes, and controls. The role balances analytical rigor with business partnership, enabling scalable insights and effective risk management across the portfolio.In This Role, You WillManage and develop teams of specialists and managers to oversee moderate to highly complex activities associated with the development and implementation of business-specific programs, processes, and controls which identify, assess, monitor, measure, and mitigate riskIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and control strategiesDetermine appropriate strategies and actions, interpret and develop policies and procedures, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, initiatives, protocols, and deliverables that are moderate to high-risk within scope of responsibilityCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior managersIn collaboration with LOB partners, develop and deliver critical insights on portfolio performance and business trendsConduct deep dive analysis forecasting and scenario modeling to support strategic initiativesTranslate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadershipEnsure integrity, consistency and reliability of data used in reportingSupport automation and self-service reporting capabilitiesEngage and influence business heads, regulators, control management, risk, legal, and audit partners to successfully ensure appropriate management of business riskDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications:7+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Experience in cross-functional team collaboration in Financial Services with an emphasis in Consumer Lending or Personal LoansExperience in operational excellence and continuous process improvement Experience in driving change at large organizationsTop tier Strategy and/or Management Consulting experienceAbility to translate business objectives into technical requirementsExceptional problem solving abilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levelsExposure to AI and/or machine learning models for conversion/balance deepening optimization.Ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectivesExcellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results Candidate will be expected to work onsite from one of the stated locations listed in the job posting on a hybrid schedule.VISA Sponsorship will not be supported by this position.Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
