Job DescriptionBack Office Operations AssociateLocation: Fayetteville, NCType: Full-timeDepartment: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)Job SummaryeClerx is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Associate to support form processing, 401(k) plan research, and outreach to employer HR teams-ensuring a smooth customer experience.You'll help ensure we have accurate information and efficient processes to deliver a seamless rollover experience for our customers.ResponsibilitiesReview and process customer forms accurately and efficientlyEnsure completeness and compliance of all documentationFollow workflows for rollover-related paperworkResearch employer-sponsored 401(k) plansContact HR teams and plan administrators to obtain and verify plan informationTrack outreach and update records in internal systemsCoordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain turnaround timesEligibility RequirementsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to handle repetitive tasks with accuracyComfort with sensitive financial/customer informationClear communication skills (phone and email)Experience in operations, admin, or back-office roles is a plusIn the US, the target base salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
