We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join our Data Engineering team and help us develop the technology behind our Risk Exchange — a platform changing how specialty insurance operates. What You'll Work OnYou'll be working on technically challenging problems where software engineering, data and AI come together. You'll have the opportunity to: Build scalable services and applications using Python Develop and evolve data pipelines and data platforms Work with large datasets and data lakes Contribute to solutions incorporating AI and LLM technologies Help build intelligent tools that improve how our technology is developed and operated Troubleshoot and improve systems across different parts of the platform Influence architecture and engineering decisions What You'll BringWe're looking for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and isn't afraid to get stuck into new technology. You'll ideally have: Strong commercial Python experience Experience building production-grade, scalable software Strong software engineering fundamentals Experience working with cloud technologies Exposure to data engineering, pipelines, data lakes or large-scale data systems An interest in AI, LLMs and emerging engineering technologies The ability to understand problems beyond a single part of the technology stack Why Accelerant?
