Our client is a top law firm and they are looking for a Corporate Paralegal.Job Description:Support due diligence processes by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing contracts and corporate records.Draft basic minutes, written consents, and resolutions under attorney supervision.Prepare and maintain securities documentation, private placements, and investor questionnaires.Track key deadlines and filing dates to ensure timely compliance.Core Competencies:3+ years of experience as a Corporate ParalegalExperience with M&A/Private Equity/Securities/Corporate GovernanceCompleted Bachelors DegreeThe annual base salary range is $100,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
