Service Manager

Salary up to $85,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational support to technicians, sales staff, office staff, leadership, and customers for assigned disciplines.
Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.
Must be organized and exercise practical time management skills to prioritize workload.
Open willingness to continual learning
Must be able to source, understand, and interpret industry codes and standards.
Ensure staff is participating in all Koorsen and vendor-approved training.
Coordinate staffing to cover assignments as needed.
Review all completed technician paperwork for accuracy and process following workflow guidelines.
Complete performance reviews and develop team members.
Manage payroll, PTO, and discipline processes using company-approved platforms.
Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.
Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
Required:
4+ years of previous Fire Life Safety or Service Industry Management experience
Pass drug and background screenings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to meet state licensing requirements and/or vendor certifications.
Valid driver’s license
Physical Demands:
Able to safely and effectively use general hand and power tools.
Lift and carry a minimum of 75 lbs. push and pull more significant than 75 lbs.
Climb a ladder reaching at least 12 feet and/or operate a man lift that may reach heights exceeding 40 feet to perform services.
Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noises
Work in Confined Space environments.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):
