Restoration Technician

Job Summary SERVPRO of Hamilton County, of Indianapolis North and of Anderson is looking for restoration technicians who are self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and who have the ability to multi-task. Do you have a sincere desire to help others through difficult situations? Our goal is to help our customers make their home or business “Like it never even happened” after fire, water or mold damage. Responsibilities: Perform production processes following company guidelines (including after hours, weekends and holidays). Support crew chiefs and other production personnel as needed. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products and supplies as needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and appearance. Ensure effective communication between technicians, crew chiefs and customers as needed. Qualifications: Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team. Must be able to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able and willing to respond to emergency services calls on a rotational basis. Valid driver’s license Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders and work at ceiling heights. Preference given to those applicants with restoration experience and IICRC Certification but not required.
