Founded here, built for here, and expanding fast.The RoleThe Head of Community owns how Portion shows up in the world beyond the app. You're the architect behind our activations, nonprofit partnerships, community dinners, and brand moments. You decide where we need to be, what it looks like when we get there, and how every touchpoint reflects what Portion stands for.This is a strategic and operational role. You're the person who makes sure every detail is right before we walk in the door.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Designing and executing community programs, activations, and events from concept through executionBuilding and managing partnerships with local nonprofits, neighborhood organizations, and community stakeholdersSourcing venues, managing logistics, overseeing event branding, merchandise, and guest experienceBuilding the activation calendar and identifying where Portion needs a presence in AtlantaCreating feedback loops that surface community needs back to product and operationsManaging community budgets with increasing autonomy over timeBuilding the playbook so our community model scales as we expand to new citiesMust be willing and able to travel regularly to support community activations and launch efforts in new markets as Portion expands beyond AtlantaWhat We OfferBase salary range: $60 to 70kEquityHealth insurance includedDirect access to founder and leadership from day oneBudget and autonomy to build a community function that becomes a core part of how Portion grows
