Sanitation Supervisor

SkillSetGroup is seeking an experienced Sanitation Supervisor to work in the Chino, CA area. This position will oversee sanitation and custodial operations within a foods processing & distribution facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on leadership skills and experience in a USDA/FDA regulated processing operation. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will coordinate cleaning activities, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to support our operational excellence. This will be a 2nd shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.Job Title: Sanitation SupervisorPay: $34-37/hrHours2nd shift – 4PM - 1230AM, plus OTDetailsExperience in foods manufacturing, distribution.USDA/FDA experience is a must.Hands-on supervisor: will be breaking down machines and working as part of the team. 12 lines per room, 3 rooms. Lines will most likely double in the next few years are the facility is growing.7-step sanitation processes.This is not an office job. This will be 100% hands-on.Using Oracle and Microsoft softwareBilingual Spanish/English is not a must but will be a HUGE plus.
