Compensation will vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary range may also vary if you reside in a different location than the location posted. About ProgramThis position will be responsible for the oversight and management of the CFT program. The role involves supervising program staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering partnerships to support the well being of children and families.Job SummarySchedule: Working hours will vary based on program and family needs and will encompass various hours and days from Monday to Sunday, as part of a flexible 40-hour work week. Typical hours may range anywhere between 8 am to 8 pm or beyond.The Program Supervisor hires, develops, trains, and manages program staff to ensure quality services to youth and families, utilizing shadowing, coaching, and/or other activities that allow the observation of staff in action. Coordinates and supervises daily program operations, assures adherence to policy and procedures, regulatory and licensing standards. Ensures fiscal stewardship of program funds. Actively participates with cross-functional teams. Works within the vision, mission and philosophy of the agency.Responsibilities And Duties Develops and supervises staff including hiring, coaching, training, disciplining andterminating. Oversees and supports the implementation of treatment plans. Ensures family voice and is culturally responsive to internal and external customers. Consults with clinical and medical staff about treatment plans, youth and familyissues, progress and needs. Completes all required documentation and ensures the same with direct reports. Supports staff in following all risk management and incident reporting procedures. Ensures compliance with all policy and procedures including adherence to alllicensing, quality, Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), compliance andregulatory standards. Ensures clinical documentation and quality assurance meets both agency and payorstandards, including audit ready charts and continuous quality improvement. Ensures and monitors defined outcome achievement for youth and families andsatisfaction levels for youth, families and referring workers and agencies. Partners with county referring departments, agencies and the community to ensurecomprehensive care. May assist a youth and family with advocating for their ownneeds. Manages operations including utilization of resources such as all administrativeelectronic systems. Pro actively identifies potential conflicts, leads parties to consensus and developssame skills in direct reports. Facilitates and coordinates work groups as well as participation in cross functionalteams. Assumes a leadership role in the development of the team. Provides a variety of learning opportunities for staff including in classroom coursesand field supervision and coaching. Works closely with the clinical program manager to ensure full implementation of theagency service philosophy. May be responsible for Case load. May meet with clients in the field and have a productivity expectation. Position specific duties and responsibilities may very depending upon program.
