You will sit at the intersection of people, process, and performance. You will be accountable for results that matter — technician productivity, dispatch efficiency, customer satisfaction scores, revenue per job, and team development. You will hold real authority over how this company operates.If you have been looking for the kind of role where your decisions actually move the needle, where your track record actually earns you more responsibility, and where the ceiling is determined by your performance rather than someone else's comfort level — this is that role.What You'll DoBuild and Scale OperationsContinuously refine operational systems, SOPs, and workflowsOwn the operational playbook — from dispatch and scheduling to fleet management to parts procurementIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps before they become problems; drive solutions with speed and precisionLead the expansion of service capacity as the company grows into new markets and service areasLead and Develop the TeamDirectly oversee field operations, dispatch, and service coordination teamsRecruit, train, and retain top-performing technicians and operational staffBuild a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence from the ground upHold regular performance reviews and implement structured coaching for all direct reportsDrive Performance and ResultsEstablish, monitor, and report on KPIs across every operational functionOwn P&L accountability for operational costs — labor, fleet, materials, overheadWork closely with ownership on revenue targets, capacity planning, and growth projectionsImplement performance-based incentive structures that align team behavior with business goalsChampion the Customer ExperienceEnsure that Lickety Split's customer experience standard — fast, friendly, first-class — is embedded into every operational touchpointPartner with the customer care team to drive resolution speed and satisfaction scoresUse customer feedback data to identify and address systemic service delivery issuesStrategic ExecutionTranslate ownership's vision into executable quarterly and annual operating plansManage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure parts availability, cost control, and qualityOversee fleet maintenance scheduling and vehicle inventoryEvaluate and implement technology toolsWhat You BringExperienceMinimum 5 years of senior operations management experience with progressive responsibilityBackground in a fast-paced, service-based industry — we are open to candidates from car dealerships (especially service/fixed operations), logistics and distribution, fleet management, multi-location retail, construction, pest control, or similar environmentsProven track record of building and scaling teams in high-volume, time-sensitive operationsExperience managing 20+ employees across multiple functions; experience with technician/field workforce a plusDemonstrated success implementing operational systems and standard operating procedures that improved productivity and customer satisfactionP&L exposure and financial literacy — you can read a job costing report and know what to do with itLeadershipYou lead from the front.
