As the Donor Services Representative, you’ll support the day-to-day needs of our Membership & Development operations. This role focuses on donor communication, data management, and fostering meaningful relationships that sustain and grow The Rabbit Room’s community of supporters. This is a remote-friendly contract role ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, relationship-minded, and able to take initiative in managing ongoing tasks with consistency, professionalism, and care. If you're interested, please let us know about your experience with The Rabbit Room and include your resume.Key Responsibilities Annual Giving and Membership SupportReport to the Manager of Membership to help ensure that the donor experience is clear, hospitable, and engagingMonitor and respond to customer service and donor inquiries via email in a timely and thoughtful mannerAddress questions related to memberships, donations, and general engagementCoordinate quarterly gift send-out and strategy alongside the Manager of Membership CRM & Data ManagementLearn the ins and outs of our donor system (Bloomerang CRM)Organize and maintain accurate donor and membership records within the platformTrack donor activity and ensure data integrity across systemsAssist with data entry, reporting, and ongoing database upkeepAssist with email communications via the CRM as needed Donor Relations & EngagementProvide consistent support for acknowledgment and stewardship effortsHelp maintain consistent, meaningful touchpoints with supporters General Membership & Development SupportProvide administrative support for membership and development initiativesHelp ensure systems, communications, and processes run smoothly behind the scenesAssist with additional tasks as needed to support the growth and care of the donor community____________Qualifications College/Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experienceStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently and take initiativeHighly organized and comfortable managing multiple ongoing tasksAbility to identify needs and develop solutions or improvementsExperience with Google Workspace and Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated understanding of and passion for The Rabbit Room’s missionRole DetailsReports to the Manager of MembershipOnsite or remote10–15 hours per week (contract position)Rate of pay: $18-22/hour, commensurate with experienceRemote-friendly (Nashville-based candidates are a plus, but not required)Must complete a clear 30/60/90-day onboarding schedule, with the expectation of working independently after 90 daysFixed schedule preferred during the first 90 days; flexible work options will be discussed after the onboarding process
