Maintenance Assistant/ Van driver

Assist the Director of Maintenance in maintaining the facility in good repair, perform and assist in routine grounds-keeping tasks and maintenance of the grounds, parking areas and driveways. Ensure that work areas are clean as well as upkeep of floors in resident rooms and hallways. Routine day to day maintenance tasks. Employee will also assist in driving the van for doctors' visits or as needed.
