Our team of experts thrives on solving complex challenges and driving technological advancements to meet the evolving needs of our clients.About the Role:We are seeking a Project Engineer to support capital projects and facility-related engineering initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating project activities, supporting equipment installations and upgrades, managing project documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities:• Lead and execute small capital projects from concept through completion whilesupporting project timelines, budgets, and quality standards• Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersthroughout the project lifecycle• Coordinate daily activities between contractors, engineering teams, and siteoperations to ensure projects progress efficiently• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes, actionitems, and project decisions• Track and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, changerequests, and risk logs• Support change control activities and engineering documentation in accordance with site quality systems and GMP procedures• Assist with equipment replacement, upgrade, and reliability improvement projects supporting manufacturing operations• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support equipment evaluation, procurement, installation, and startup activities• Support coordination of construction activities and interface between multipletrades including mechanical, electrical, and controls• Assist with planning and coordination of equipment installations, utility tie-ins, andshutdown activities as required• Support commissioning, startup, and testing of facility systems while coordinatingwith engineering and technical subject matter experts• Support troubleshooting and resolution of facility and process equipment issues as part of ongoing operational support• Assist with project closeout activities including punch list management,documentation review, and system turnover to operations• Ensure project work is documented and executed in alignment with site proceduresand GMP requirements where applicableQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Preferred• 3–5 years of experience supporting capital or facility-related projects in amanufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environment• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or construction activities• Experience with piping specifications, mechanical utilities, or facility supportsystems• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multipleproject tasksQualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
