Electrical/Mechanical Assembler Wrightstown, WI | $27 - $32/hr | Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Assembler to join a growing automation and robotics team in Wrightstown, WI. This is a hands-on role where you'll build, assemble, troubleshoot, and support custom automation equipment while working from electrical prints, pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawings. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude who enjoys problem-solving, precision work, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing environment. You'll also have opportunities to expand your knowledge of robotics and automation systems while contributing to projects used by manufacturers around the world. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical assembly drawings Install and terminate electrical and pneumatic field devices using industry best practices Assemble mechanical components independently from blueprints and drawings Test electrical systems using a multimeter and troubleshoot wiring issues Diagnose and resolve mechanical assembly problems Layout, drill, and tap holes accurately Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and scales Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work independently while collaborating with engineering and production teams Assist in other production departments including powder coating, urethane, skidding, and receiving as needed Support occasional local equipment installations or service calls (less than 5% travel) Learn and work with robotic and industrial automation systems Required Qualifications Electro-Mechanical degree, Journeyman Card, or equivalent experience Strong electrical and mechanical assembly experience Ability to read electrical schematics, pneumatic prints, and mechanical drawings Experience using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience using measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers Comfortable using a wide variety of hand and power tools Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, ethical, and safety-focused Preferred Qualifications Previous experience building custom automation equipment Experience with robotics or industrial automation systems Previous field installation or machine service experience Manufacturing or machine-building experience Benefits Competitive pay Performance bonus program Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Profit sharing Long-term career growth with an established Wisconsin robotics integrator Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour Work Location: In person
