Sales Executive – Level-Funded, ICHRA

Job Description: Drive new business for Gravie's Level-Funded and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and employer relationshipsExecute a disciplined sales process and maintain strong broker engagementMeet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product linesDevelop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultantsIdentify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groupsDeliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needsPartner with internal teams for smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processesMaintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within CRM systemsStay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changesRequirements: 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss salesEstablished relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferredStrong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA)Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsSelf-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environmentBenefits: Health insurance coverageAlternative medicine coverageGenerous PTOUp to 16 weeks paid parental leavePaid holidays401k programTransportation perksEducation reimbursement
