If you need a manager to keep you motivated or a steady pipeline handed to you, this is not the right fit. If you thrive working independently, building your own book of business, and closing deals, keep reading.You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and winning new commercial clients for our sign and visual communications solutions. You will also work to deepen spend with a subset of existing accounts. New business development is the core of this role, and your success will be measured accordingly.You will operate out of our Downtown office with significant time in the field. You will not be micromanaged — and you will not succeed here if you need to be.What You'll DoProspect and develop new commercial accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and community presenceBuild and manage a pipeline from initial contact through closeConduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions across our full product lineExpand share of wallet with targeted existing accountsMaintain accurate activity and opportunity records in our CRMCollaborate with our production and design team to ensure client expectations are metRepresent FASTSIGNS at local business and industry eventsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a demonstrable record of new business generationSelf-directed work ethic — you set your schedule, manage your pipeline, and hold yourself accountableConfident, professional communicator with strong consultative selling skillsComfortable with a commission-weighted compensation structureExperience in signage, printing, marketing services, or adjacent industries is a plus, not a requirementFamiliarity with the San Antonio business community is an advantageCRM proficiency (we use [your CRM])Compensation & BenefitsBase salary + uncapped commissionMileage reimbursementHealth/dental/vision if applicablePaid time offOngoing product and sales training through the FASTSIGNS networkA Note on CultureWe're a small, tight operation.
