Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements: We require native or bilingual-level fluency in English. We need proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We require strong writing ability and excellent grammar. We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress. Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred. This role is available only to candidates in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clean, high-quality code examples and clear explanations. We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We deliver feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models. We work on programming tasks such as building apps, creating coding problems, and analyzing data. We complete a short assessment to qualify for paid work on our platform.
