What You’ll Do As a LaborerSafely operate and drive company vehicles to and from jobsitesPerform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipmentInstall underground telecommunications cablingOperate construction equipment, and maintain work areasClearly communicate with all team membersComplete daily production reportsHelp with site restoration effortsPerform work in all weather conditionsOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or olderCommericial Driver's License Required (CDL A preferred)Authorization to work in the United States for this companyMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, DOT medical certificate physical, driving record and background checkHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experiencePrevious experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks, is preferredPhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 poundsOccasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouseSalary Range $22 - $28+ per hour (DOE)Why work with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
