Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead
As part of an ongoing Salesforce optimization and enhancement initiative, we are looking for a senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead to serve as the bridge between business requirements and the Salesforce platform.The consultant will take a proactive, hands-on role in reducing the enhancement backlog, improving cross-system data flows, supporting production issues, and maximizing the use of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.MissionsLead functional solution architecture across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience CloudsTranslate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and functional designsDrive backlog grooming, prioritization, L1/L2 support resolution, and enhancement deliveryPartner closely with the Delivery Lead while providing architectural and functional directionDesign and optimize Experience Cloud portals, including scheduling, customer profiles, invoice management, and future e-commerce capabilitiesManage functional data flows and integrations, including HubSpot-to-Salesforce lead routing and multiple downstream operating systemsCreate and maintain SOPs supporting proposal management, platform governance, and operational consistencyGuide and unblock the Offshore Salesforce Developer through daily requirements and solution reviewsSupport document generation, eSignature, and storage workflows using Conga, DocuSign, and AWSDesign scalable Salesforce data models and prepare the platform for future growthRequired Profile8–10+ years of overall IT/business experience5–7+ years of Salesforce experienceStrong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudStrong Salesforce functional architecture and solution design experienceExperience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce InspectorStrong understanding of data architecture, integrations, ETL, Snowflake, and data fabricsExperience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot and downstream enterprise systemsExperience with Conga Composer and DocuSign eSignatureStrong experience with Jira, Rally, Confluence, Lucidchart, and/or VisioAbility to work strategically while remaining hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, and deliveryExperience coordinating with offshore development teamsAdditional InformationRole: Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional LeadWorking Hours: US hours with daily crossover with Offshore Developer in IndiaStart Date: ASAPSeniority: Senior / Lead levelFocus: Solution Architecture, Functional Leadership, Integrations, Experience Cloud & Enhancement Delivery
