IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide high-quality technical support within a fast-paced professional services environment. This role will serve as the primary local IT contact while supporting users across multiple office locations and collaborating with global IT teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive IT support for users across multiple office locationsManage incidents and service requests through full resolution while meeting SLA expectationsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and application issuesConfigure, deploy, and maintain laptops, printers, smartphones, and peripheral devicesSupport workstation setups, office moves, and equipment replacementsAssist with AV support and video conferencing technologiesMaintain asset tracking and inventory recordsCollaborate with international IT support teams and contribute to process improvementsDocument technical solutions and identify recurring support issuesProvide high-touch support to business users and senior stakeholdersRequired Qualifications3+ years of IT Service Desk or Desktop Support experienceExperience supporting users in professional services or enterprise environmentsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and WordExperience with PC hardware configuration and deploymentExperience working with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environmentsStrong communication, customer service, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting document management systems such as iManageFamiliarity with enterprise applications such as InterAction or IntappExperience with software deployment and endpoint management toolsKnowledge of ITIL principles and service management practicesExperience supporting AV and video conferencing technologiesFamiliarity with asset management and inventory tracking systems
