Billing Specialist

Billing Specialist Seeking an experienced Billing Specialist who will handle insurance verifications, collections, and high-volume AR follow-up in a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills and accuracy are essential. Responsibilities:Complete insurance verifications (commercial, Medicare, MediCal)Follow up on unpaid and denied claimsReview EOBs, correct and resubmit claimsManage aging reports and document all actionsCommunicate with payers, patients, and internal teamsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of recent medical collections & insurance verification experienceStrong understanding of claims, denials, billing workflowsProficiency with medical billing systems (Epic, NextGen preferred)Bilingual in SpanishPay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hourSearch managed by: Joanna CalderonBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
