The director will oversee the HR functions for the property, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies. Responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, leading employee relations initiatives, and overseeing performance management programs. The role also includes driving employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and advising leadership on strategic human capital matters.QualificationsStrong leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and talent managementProficiency in developing HR policies, recruitment processes, and performance management systemsEffective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven ability to foster employee engagement and promote a positive workplace cultureExperience in the hospitality industry is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plusAt least five years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in a hospitality or service-driven environmentMust have Hospitality / Hotel /Resort experienceMarriott experience highly preferred
