Benefits: Travel pay packageKey Responsibilities:Perform rapid triage and comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with emergent conditions.Administer medications, initiate IVs, manage wounds, and assist with procedures as needed.Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and neurological status; respond to changes promptly.Coordinate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff for seamless patient flow.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR.Educate patients and families on discharge instructions, medications, and follow-up care.Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and ED best practices.Benefits: Travel pay package Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: - Registered Nurse, RN, Emergency Department, ED, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSSActive RN License (GA or Compact State)AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (required)Minimum 2 years of recent experience within emergency department specialtyProficiency with Cerner EMR systemStrong critical thinking, prioritization, and de-escalation skillsAbility to work 12-hour evening/mid shifts (schedule varies), 36 hours guaranteed per weekNo local candidates within 50 milesExcellent rapid assessment and triage decision-makingProficiency in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and emergency protocolsStrong communication and teamwork under pressureCompassionate, patient-first mindset even in crisis situationsAbility to handle high acuity and fast patient turnover Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
