Monogram's broad portfolio of products includes beef jerky, bacon jerky, turkey jerky, meat sticks, pickled sausages and pickled eggs, smoked sausage, hotdogs, pre-cooked bacon, bacon, corndogs, mini corndogs, pancake and sausage, potato skins, onion rings, breaded cheese strips, cheese curds, jalapeno poppers, breaded mushrooms, breaded vegetables, and other value-added foods.Work Location: Bristol, INDepartment # Maintenance 106Supervises others:Reports to: Maintenance SupervisorPosition Summary: Support production of Comfort Food products through the repair and maintenance of production machinery and facility.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Test and troubleshoot various types of meat processing equipmentPerform building maintenanceFollow preventative maintenance schedule for processing equipmentFollow lockout/tag out procedures when performing maintenance on all machineryKeep work area clean and organizedFollow GMP/HACCP proceduresAssist with other tasks as assignedSchematicsTesting equipmentRepair tools and equipmentIndustrial equipmentQualificationsIndustrial electrician with a strong mechanical backgroundEducation and Experience:Knowledge of common maintenance practices and proceduresElectrical education/trainingExperience performing maintenance on industrial machineryStrong troubleshooting skillsAbility to read schematics and blueprintsAbility to use meters and test equipmentKnowledge of voltage controls- 480v, 220v, 110v, 24v and 12vPLC experience in a high pressure fast paced environmentElectrical trouble shooting experience.Ability to work flexible hoursNOTE: This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.Physical Requirements:The physical requirements listed in this section include, but are not limited, to the motor/physical abilities and skills require of position in order to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
