Compensation Consultant
We’re currently hiring experienced Compensation Consultants for upcoming contract opportunities with clients across North Carolina.These roles will support a variety of compensation initiatives including broad-based compensation, market analysis, salary planning, incentive programs, and compensation program administration within fast-paced and evolving organizations.Key qualifications include:8+ years of progressive compensation experienceStrong experience supporting equity/stock compensation programsExperience with compensation analysis, benchmarking, salary structures, and annual compensation cyclesAbility to operate independently and partner closely with HR and business leadersExperience within complex or high-growth organizations preferredStrong analytical and Excel skills requiredExperience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is a plusThese opportunities are contract/consulting engagements and may support fully remote, hybrid, or onsite environments depending on the client.
