Role Description We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This on-site role involves performing routine preventive maintenance, addressing troubleshooting needs, and completing maintenance and repair tasks across our residential and commercial properties. The Maintenance Technician will ensure that all building equipment and systems are functioning efficiently while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities also include responding to tenant concerns and collaborating with team members to enhance property operations. Qualifications Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceProven ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance tasks effectivelyExperience in Maintenance & Repair of building systems and equipmentKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices for maintenance operationsExcellent problem-solving and time management abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and tenantsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plusPrior experience in a similar role, particularly within residential or commercial properties, is preferred
