In this role, you will perform system and component assembly activities following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform system and component assembly according to procedures and instructionsAssemble parts and position, align, and fasten units using hand and power toolsConnect cables, wiring, and components based on specificationsRead blueprints and follow assembly sequences for electromechanical unitsInspect, test, and adjust completed units to meet quality standards and customer requirementsLabel and identify system components accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentAdditional Work AreasRack Cable Labeling: Seated, repetitive work; light liftingRack Assembly: Physical work; frequent lifting (20-25 lbs); use of hand and power toolsRack Cabling: Light liftingAssembly Operators: Fine motor skills required; working with small/tiny partsUnboxing/Material Handling: Up to 25 lbs liftingChassis Assembly: Repetitive lifting up to 35 lbsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required0-2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferredBasic computer hardware knowledge and hands-on experience is a plusCompTIA A+ or similar certifications are a plusSkills & AbilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to use light power tools and hand toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyCore CompetenciesResourcefulnessResults-oriented mindsetStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsWhy Join Us?Long-term opportunity with consistent hoursEntry-level friendly with training providedHands-on experience in computer hardware assemblyTeam-oriented work environment
