Must have good communication skills both written and verbal with excellent interpersonal skills and experience with public speaking; 6. Comfortable preparing detailed legal documents to include high-level legal analysis with the ability to review and assimilate large volumes of complex information in an efficient and effective manner; 7. Comfortable with and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; 8. Proactive with assignments and able to advance litigation files efficiently; 9.
