IT Support Technician II

With some supervision by management and/or project leads: Provides department or unit, primarily hardware and some software support and maintenance, including, but not limited to, desktops, printers, lab equipment, etc. Specializes in hardware and so Support Technician, IT, Technician, Technical Support, Technology, Desktop Support, Education
