Responsibilities include but are not limited to:To provide a professional level of serviceCheck in driversVerify all information on BOL’S are correctAssign loads to a door/break seal/secure load with a glade hand lockCommunicate with the Warehouse to direct workloadUpdate workload database for WarehousePrint BOL’S VIA Datex/SofteonProcess daily inbound receipts and ordersHelp CSR with daily workloadSolving daily issuesWalking dock to see what inbound, outbound, and empty trailers we have and follow up with an email Multiple yard checks per daySome inventory controlPosition RequirementsThe successful Candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:Excellent knowledge of grammar.Excellent verbal communication skills.Excellent writing skillsKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards for servicesKnowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goodsKnowledge of business principles involved in resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Repetitive motion involved daily may include, but not limited to, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squattingBasic Warehouse knowledgeSchedule: 7am to 3:30pm, or 9am to 5:30pm
