Fire Sprinkler Estimator
A Fire sprinkler estimator's responsibility is to provide accurate and detailed estimates for fire sprinkler system installations, services, and repairs. experienced with NFPA and IBC
Responsibilities:
Review project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates for fire sprinkler systems.
Ability to read and understand Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical drawings.
Collaborate with project managers & other team members to ensure accurate estimation of materials, labor, and project timelines.
Stay up to date with the industry codes and standards.
Prepare detailed and competitive bids for prospective projects.
Maintain clear and organized records of estimates and related documentation.
Build relationships with customers and potential customers.
Review contracts
Attend bid walk-thru and field surveys.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing fire sprinkler estimates.
Field experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of the fire sprinkler industry, including codes and standards.
CAD/BIM experience is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suites a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,704.00 - $77,055.00 per year
