Job DescriptionThis position is eligible for hiring incentives to include a $8,000 sign-on bonusSummaryJoin CentraCares Integrated Behavioral Health team at the Northway Family Medicine clinic in St. Cloud and provide outpatient assessment and brief intervention services to patients across the lifespan. This role is embedded within a Family Medicine practice and focuses on same-day access, crisis intervention, and evidence-based psychotherapy delivered through close collaboration with medical providers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.In addition to direct patient care, this role supports Family Medicine resident physicians in their training, assists with staff development through consultation and education, and contributes to program development while helping triage urgent needs and provide same-day crisis interventions for community members.ScheduleFull-time | 80 hours per pay period | Onsite CentraCare Northway, St. Cloud, MNDay shifts | MondayFriday | 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.Psychologist Pay and BenefitsSalary range: $94,394.25 - $141,580.42 per yearPay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equitySalary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rateMay be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.$8,000 Sign-on BonusBenefits: Medical, dental, time off, retirement, employee discounts and more!QualificationsPsychologistPhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.Minimum of one-year experience is required.Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferredLicensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP).PsychotherapistMasters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field required.State of Minnesota licensure required, need to have one of the following: The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).Minimum of one-year experience required.Requires successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services. Department InformationCentraCares Integrated Behavioral Health program embeds behavioral health professionals directly within primary care clinics to provide timely, coordinated support for patients with medical and behavioral health needs. We emphasize brief intervention, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, while also supporting resident education, staff development, and same-day crisis response. Providers work as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on access, continuity, and whole-person care.
