Grapevine Pro, a leading residential roofing company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in one-call-close sales models, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to exceed targets through a one-call-close approach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Drive company culture and uphold Grapevine Pro’s standards of excellence and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in residential roofing or a related field.
- Proven success in a one-call-close sales environment.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies.
