As a full-service production partner, the studio offers integrated in-house capabilities across print, fabrication, and installation, managing every phase of a project with precision and efficiency.Role Description The Large Format Print Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hackensack, NJ. This position is responsible for operating large format printers and finishing equipment to produce high-quality graphics. Responsibilities include setting up print jobs, loading media, monitoring color accuracy and print quality, performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, inspecting finished products, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain an organized, efficient workflow.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Print Production and Printing for large format projects.Experience with Bindery and finishing processes, including cutting, mounting, and laminating.Ability to perform Printer Support tasks, such as basic maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.Strong attention to detail and commitment to Quality Control throughout the production process.Previous experience operating large format printers in a signage, display, or graphics environment.Ability to read and follow production tickets, artwork specifications, and color profiles.Comfort working on-site in a hands-on, physical role, including lifting media and materials as needed.Effective communication and teamwork skills; reliability in meeting deadlines and schedules.Basic familiarity with design or RIP software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Onyx, or similar) is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in print or production is a plus.
