Job DetailsThe role supports the Gas Transmission Project Management team.Projects span from inception through execution and closeout and include:Pipeline pressure test replacementsNew pipeline builds and new service installations to neighborhoods/developersRegulator (reg) station rebuildsPipeline and reg station relocations due to road or infrastructure changesMandated relocations and new business projectsRTU (Remote Terminal Unit) program management, including prioritization, forecasting, contractor coordination, and executionProjects typically last about one year, including engineering, permitting, construction, and closeout.The PM leads a cross-functional team and manages budget, scheduling, forecasting, and execution.Daily or every-other-day staff meetings with the PM groupWeekly cross-functional project meetings (operations, project controls, right-of-way, engineering, contractors)Monthly forecasting meetings (12-month outlook)Bi-weekly scheduling meetingsDesign reviews with engineeringReviewing and negotiating contractor and engineering quotesCompleting PO, audit, and procurement documentationSite visits (weekly to bi-weekly, depending on project phase), especially during construction season (March-November)Key players this person will be working with? Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
