The role is responsible for program governance, stakeholder management, cloud migration strategy, FinOps optimization, risk management, and delivery oversight for enterprise cloud modernization programs. The candidate will work closely with cloud architects, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful execution of cloud strategies aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end cloud transformation and migration programs across Azure, AWS, and GCPEstablish and maintain program governance, KPIs, SLAs, risk registers, and executive reportingManage program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and FinOps optimization initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, DevOps, security, and business stakeholdersConduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communicationsDrive cloud adoption, modernization, security, compliance, and operational excellence initiativesOversee cloud architecture delivery, migration roadmaps, and implementation milestonesIdentify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and escalation itemsEnsure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance frameworksMandatory SkillsStrong experience leading enterprise-scale cloud programs and multi-cloud initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCPProven expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and KPI/SLA managementExperience managing cross-functional global teams and driving executive-level communicationsHands-on understanding of cloud architecture, migrations, security, compliance, and FinOps best practicesExperience with Agile and SAFe delivery frameworksPMP certification preferredNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Azure Landing Zones and Infrastructure as Code tools — Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormationFamiliarity with DevOps and CI/CD platforms — Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, JenkinsKnowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks — NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2Exposure to Kubernetes/AKS, Azure AI services, enterprise networking, and Well-Architected Framework reviewsBackground in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
