Hourly pay structure plus uncapped commission. Schedule: 10AM - 7PM with rotating weekends You will be responsible for closing sales on warm leads provided by the company. NO COLD CALLING. Summary of Responsibilities Follow up and close warm sales leads provided by our Sales Team. Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions. Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations. Multi-task Ability to gain product knowledge quickly. Qualifications: Required Experience: Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to close deals Strong phone presence Able to thrive in a fast paced enviroment Previous rehash experience highly desired Excellent Outlook, Excel, and computer fluency.
