Project Manager - Structural Demolition

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join a well-established contractor specializing in structural demolition and site redevelopment, with additional work in select heavy civil scopes.This is a hybrid role responsible for both estimating and managing demolition projects from bid through completion, working closely with field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.Responsibilities:Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for structural demolition projectsManage projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate field operations, subcontractors, and site logisticsOversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentationQualifications:4+ years of construction experienceStrong preference for structural demolition experienceHeavy civil/sitework experience is a plusExperience in estimating and/or project managementStrong organizational and communication skillsWhat We Offer:Strong pipeline of demolition and redevelopment projectsOpportunity to manage work end-to-endSupportive field and leadership teamCompetitive compensation and benefitsIf you are interested in this Project Manager/Estimator role in the Milwaukee area please apply!
